Assign a job, capture required evidence and submit it for review. Publish only the reviewed information you choose. The customer views a verified report and gives an explicit response.
A FAMILIAR HANDOFF
An installation is complete. The technician records alignment checks and photos. A manager reviews that version, asks for a correction if needed, then publishes selected information for the customer.
Submitted is not approved. Approved is not published. Published is not accepted.

Work
A named employee receives the job. Assignment determines who may record or submit its work.
Checklist answers, photos and documents stay with this job. Required evidence must be complete before finalization.
A manager reviews the exact submitted version, approves it or requests a correction. This is an internal decision.
The company explicitly publishes selected reviewed information. Internal notes do not become public automatically.
The verified recipient responds to that published version. Viewing a report never manufactures acceptance.

Record packaging, passing required inspections and bound evidence before submitting preparation for review.
A manager authorizes the exact preparation version. Material changes require withdrawal and a new review.
An authorized user separately records actual departure. Readiness does not mean that the shipment has left.
A publication may notify the recipient about the relevant stage. A notice is not physical delivery or acceptance.
